Buying off the plan was a first for us. We have always bought and renovated, or built a new home which enables you to get the features you want. From our initial contact with Brent and subsequently Sandbox, we requested some key features which we crucial for us to proceed with the purchase i.e. addition of a pool, changes to our desired finishes and some design changes which were fully accommodated by the team.

Always willing to work with us to achieve our desired result and at times have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and requests. We absolutely love it! Being a surfing family, the joy of being able to go surf is indescribable. The home is beautiful. We are so happy here and it has enhanced our lives beyond our dreams!

Our first off-the-plan purchase was truly daunting. We were looking for a strong investment property in close proximity to a University. Dusq in Southport seemed a perfect fit, close to Southport central and direct tram access to the new hospital and university.
Brent was a pleasure to deal with and managed our expectations well. The builder did a great job and the handover process was really easy. We’d buy off-the-plan again for sure.
